Blowers for Aeration Systems

SSI sells a variety of blower types that are applicable to aeration systems.

Blower manufacturers provide us with Global OEM pricing which allows us to provide our customers with blowers and aeration systems at competitive package prices.

These blowers include positive displacement (both bare shaft and complete packages), side channel, and centrifugal (multistage and single stage) types.

We fabricate blower packages in the US, Italy, India, Thailand and Taiwan, depending on client location and preference.

Generally the types of blowers that are best for your facility will be a decision based on airflow rate and pressure, and the desired present or future control scheme.   Some types are better at low flows and others at high flows, and some are easier to control than others.   Often for larger plants it makes sense to combine blower types to try to achieve the highest possible efficiency at all operating points.
