  • PVC pipe fabrication: SSI Aeration’s fabrication team is committed to domestic production and has expanded PVC piping fabrication in the U.S.
  • Perforation of rubber: All perforations for rubber parts for diffuser membranes are done in-house, ensuring they have even depth for efficient air release.
  • Assembly: SSI Aeration’s wastewater treatment systems and equipment are pre-assembled in the factory for easy installation.
  • Welding: All the welding is done in the factory using MIG, TIG or plasma-arc welding inert gas processes.
